opinions

opinions come in various shades
they are displayed in all colours
and they vary wildly like a Fauve painting

Opinions are the start of debates
healthy debates are made from opinions
both do not come with buts
both do not have narrow inflexible rules

Opinions can change through education
through discussion and learning
not through thuggery and bullying
not through arrogance or narrow mindedness

Opinions are what they are
opinions are chances for exchange of ideas and thoughts
opinions are  places of learning
opinions can and do change

Opinions show that we live in a healthy society
where we can speak out loud if neccessary
or in a timid yet caring voice

No one's opinion should be squashed
due to fashions of the day
no opinion is stupid, no matter what they say
it is all an educational process to be run through

opinions should have compassion and caring used to hear them
opinions should have open minds and constructive criticisms to view them
opinions can be wrong yet we learn from being wrong
we learn from mistakes
